The name of the comedy movie about twin brothers?

Hello,
I'm triyng to find the title for a comedy movie about twin brothers,
but so far there's no succees finding it.
Like I said is about twin brothers who apparently were seperated when
they were child. The film starts with a scene where one of the
brothers is trying to escape from the mental hosiptal which he was
held in custody. By the same time they are showing the other twin
riding in his limosine - It seems he's very rich and successful( None
of the twins know about the existence of the other)and that's how they
cross their path for first time .
The brother who escapes from the mental ward is indeed insane( he have
multiple personality disorder). He had 3 or 5 diffrent personality - a
crazy cowboy, blind chief(cook)and few others, but I can't remember
the other's. There was a funny moment(in wild cowboy personality) when
he burst the water bed with cigarette while he's triying to hooked up
with the house maid in his broher's mansion.
In the end of the movie there's a scene with a wedding or some sort of
celebretion, when the crazy brother changes like terminator and start
shooting everybody with his gun and the bullets was cakes. It was like
the rose scene in Terminator 2 when he steps the flowers and meets
T-1000.
So can any body tell me the name of that movie ? :)
